Elsom Research was founded in San Antonio, Texas in 1997 and was incorporated in 1998.

Elsom Research is a privately owned company, dedicated to creating and marketing innovative biotechnologies, especially novel drugs to combat age-related disorders and cancer, and to educating the public on the subjects of aging and cancer.

Elsom Research was created to meet the pressing need for a biotechnology company that cannot lose sight of its goals. Many biotechnology companies may lose focus due to powerful and unproductive forces: shifting market trends; anti-innovation funding strategies imposed by financial institutions; pressure from investors and stock holders who value short-term profit more highly than the ultimate development of an innovative product.

Elsom Research was created to operate differently. We may accept private investment or grants that do not have preconditions contradictory to the purpose of our company; we will not accept funds from any source if limiting or otherwise unacceptable conditions are attached to them.

Because of the special nature of our company, we decided on several strategies to generate income which will be dedicated to biomedical research and topical therapeutics. To date, our most successful strategy has been the manufacture and sale of our extraordinary topical lines of skin-treatment products.

Our research and development effort for new pharmaceuticals currently includes a novel delivery system for injectable and topical anti-cancer drugs such as Taxol and Doxorubicin and a drug to treat the age-related disorder of increased rigidity of the cardiovascular system.

Elsom Research is debt-free and is in excellent financial health.
